Easily Digestible Proteins and Leached Vegetables

Leached vegetables, leafy vegetables and easily digestible proteins such as baked fish (prepared with certain herbs) and mushrooms play an important part in helping the glomerulus capillaries regenerate. People suffering from kidney disorders, and other disorders should actively avoid the consumption of anti biotics and synthetic tablets which later on cause gastric problems.

It is important to not add unnecessary stress to the kidneys in order for them to rejuvenate effectively. Following this super diet helps in rejuvenating the kidney; however, as mentioned above, consumption of red meats, oils, fats and high levels of salt must be actively avoided. A proper-well balanced diet must be maintained to keep a check on the creatinine levels and sugar levels. When creatinine levels increase, the hemoglobin, sodium, calcium and chloride levels decrease, which leads to an overall weakness in the body. The average meal should, in proportion look something like this – less than 40% of cereals, 55-60% leached vegetables, less than 5% of pulses (either green gram or Bengal gram). Within this, try to incorporate baked fish and coriander leaf soup (or coriander leaf extract).
