Moringa Tea

Moringa nicknamed “ MIRACLE TREE ”, and is now considered as a superfood. The leaves of the Moringa plant is the most nutritious part, containing most antioxidants and macro nutrients. It is abundantly available all over India. It’s the cheapest nutritional supplement. It is safe to use about one table spoon ( 15 grams) of dried powder daily. Start with 1/4th tablespoon and increase dosage slowly. In Ayurveda it is used to cure or prevent about 300 diseases. It is the best detoxification tool for body. DIFFERENT WAYS OF CONSUMING MORINGA

1. MORINGA TEA USING FRESH LEAVES

INGREDIENTS

    • Fresh Moringa leaves – 1 tablespoon ( 15 grams)
    • Water 200 ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION

    • Boil water
    • Put in the Moringa leaves, after one boil, strain
    • Drink with or without honey

2. HOW TO MAKE MORINGA POWDER

    • Take fresh leaves
    • Spread on a cloth or paper to dry in shade (It takes around 10 to 15 days to dry)
    • Put in a mixer grinder and powder it
    • Pass through a sieve
    • Store in airtight bottle

MORINGA TEA USING POWDER

    • Water 200 ml
    • Moringa dried powder -1 teaspoon ( 5 grams)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

    • Boil water and switch off
    • Put in Moringa powder, close lid
    • After 5 minutes, strain
    • Drink with or without honey

3. MORINGA DRINK

Add a teaspoon (5 gms) of Moringa powder and blend in hand mixer or mixer grinder with any ONE fruit OR vegetable juices of your choice, LIKE

    • Buttermilk
    • Orange juice
    • Tender coconut water
    • Sugarcane juice
